The Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge is an international initiative aiming to promote Computer Science among school students at all ages. The Challenge is open twice a year to Australia students in Years 3 to 12, and engages students' computational thinking and problem solving skills in a fun, interactive environment.
What is Computational Thinking?
It involves integrating strategies such as organising data logically; breaking down problems into parts; interpreting patterns and models; and designing and implementing algorithms. The six Computational Thinking skills are:
