The Camino Salvado is a 160km journey, tracing the footsteps of Rosendo Salvado, a Benedictine monk. He arrived in WA in the 1800s to begin a Catholic, monastic community in New Norcia. The work of Salvado has seen the Catholic community in WA flourish, becoming a visible sin of God's work.
Nowadays, to learn about the stories and contributions of Salvado, people have begun the Camino Salvado =- The way of Salvado Pilmgrimage. First Nagle Camino walk was in 2012 lead by Mr Ramos.
