At our final Assembly for the year a number of awards were presented to students followed by Christmas lucky dip prizes and Christmas carols!
Civics and Citizenship Awards
This award goes to a student in each Year group from Years 7 to 9, who has been a standout in class, noted by their HASS teachers along with other staff who have felt compelled enough to make SEQTA entries about their positive conduct. These awards are not just for being a “good HASS student” but rather, they are awards for their civic mindedness and participation as a citizen of the College. The recipients of this year’s prizes are students who are doers. The ones who can “walk the walk” and who are active in making a positive impact.
