ASSEMBLY

It was wonderful to be able to gather for our all-school Assembly this week, our first for the year. A number of awards were presented for student achievements. 

Academic Curriculum Extension (ACE)
Our Year 8 ACE students participated in the inaugural Global Academic Challenge in Reading. This Challenge is a unique opportunity to stretch high achieving students to apply their knowledge and skills beyond the curriculum. The Challenge gives students the opportunity to sit questions of an international standard, to compare themselves against global benchmarks. 

​Our students achieved impressive results, with certificates awarded for High Distinction, Distinction, Credit and Participation. We would like to recognise the excellent efforts of the following award winners:
