2018 Education Support Student Award
Winner: Isabella Bellottie – Nagle Catholic College
Our 2018 Education Support Student award winner is Isabella Bellottie. Coming to us from Nagle Catholic College, Isabella is working towards a Certificate II in Animal Studies.
Isabella has impressed her lecturers with her positive attitude and willingness to give things a try. She has improved greatly this year and is a pleasure to have in the classroom.

2018 Aboriginal Vocational Education and Training Student Award
Winner: Jaide Morgan – Nagle Catholic College
Nagle Catholic College student Jaide Morgan is a worthy winner of the Aboriginal Vocational Education and Training Student Award. Jaide has spent the last two years completing a Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics and during that time, has excelled in all tasks presented to her.
According to her lecturer Jaide’s confidence, professional and positive attitude has seen her excel at Central Regional TAFE. She is hardworking and a reliable team member, always willing to help her fellow students.
Jaide’s goal is to gain a hairdressing apprenticeship and one day own her own salon, with the attributes she has displayed during her time as a VETDSS student at CRTAFE I have no doubt she will one day achieve these goals.

Winner: Sarah Smyth – Nagle Catholic College
Certificate IV Preparation for Nursing student from Nagle Catholic College Sarah Symth was nominated for this award by her lecturer because of the extrodinary commitment she demonstrated throughout her course.
Sarah applied herself to all assessment tasks, displaying a high level of understanding that showed she had spent time researching the topics. She submitted assignments on time and always worked to the very best of her ability.
Sarah proved herself to be a valuable member of the class, assisting other students who were struggling to understand certain concepts and taking on a leadership role during various group activities.
